**Job Description**
This Ph.D. position aims to investigate how emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies redefine procurement strategies, leadership practices, and workforce development. The candidate will conduct original research into the ways AI transforms procurement across industries, studying leadership challenges, digital transformation of procurement tasks, and organizational interventions to support workforce upskilling.

Annual Salary: €3059,00 - €3881,00 gross per month (based on full-time employment of 38 hours per week) Position Classification: Graded in scale P according to UFO profile PhD Benefits: 8.0% holiday allowance, 8.3% year-end bonus, flexible working hours, possibility to work partly from home, monthly commuting and internet allowance, 29 vacation days plus 4 additional public holidays, collective labor agreement (CAO) choice model, good pension scheme with ABP, company fitness, extensive sports facilities, wide range of training programs, support for 'acknowledge and appreciate' initiatives.
