**Job Description**
The Postdoc position focuses on the design of efficient and reliable analog Computation-in-Memory (CIM) based AI accelerators for future neuromorphic systems. This involves addressing various design and technology challenges, application mapping, and reliability/non-ideality issues inherent in emerging device technologies like RRAM or STT-MRAM. The role is part of the SNS (Self-healing Neuromorphic Systems) national project, involving academic and industrial partners.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Good understanding of analog circuit design
• Basic understanding of defects, faults, and test solutions for electronic systems (a plus)
• Basic understanding of AI and its hardware implementations (a plus)
• An affinity with teaching and guiding students
• The ability to work in a team and take initiatives
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Any other related field relevant to the research
