**Job Description**
This Postdoc position focuses on designing efficient and reliable analog Computation-in-Memory (CIM) based AI accelerators using emerging memristive devices for future neuromorphic systems. The research addresses design, technology, application mapping, reliability, and non-ideality issues in these energy-efficient AI applications, contributing to the multi-partner SNS (self-healing Neuromorphic Systems) national project.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Good understanding of analog circuit design
• Basic understanding of defects, faults, and test solutions for electronic systems (plus)
• Basic understanding of AI and its hardware implementations (plus)
• An affinity with teaching and guiding students
• The ability to work in a team and take initiatives

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Related field relevant to the research

**Experience**
Experience Required:
• Completed a relevant PhD degree
