Research Fellow

**Job Description**
The Research Fellow will research and drive development in 3D printing technologies using advanced modeling and simulation techniques. This role contributes to industry adoption through collaborative projects with HMGICS and other research centers within and beyond the University.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Demonstrated experience in the area of design, methods, modeling, and optimization for 3D design process.
• Experience in automotive applications of polymer and metallic powders and laser added 3D printing.
• Knowledge of engineering design, multidisciplinary design optimization, and FEA simulation.
• Experience in laser added 3D printing.
• Proven record of good research performance with publications in top-tier journals.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Industrial Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Materials Engineering
