**Job Description**
The Research Fellow will develop and expand research and postgraduate programs in conservation and restoration native species seed science to improve biodiversity outcomes. The role involves delivering high-level research, including collaborations with international seed science and restoration groups, and managing laboratory, field, and glasshouse programs focused on industry and First Nations initiatives in seed science.

Required Degree(s) in:
• Relevant discipline (Doctoral degree, higher doctorate or equivalent)
**Experience**
Experience Required:
• Demonstrated experience in successfully undertaking research in the fields of conservation and/or restoration science as it relates to seed ecology and seed science of wild species.
Other:
• A current “C” class driver’s licence will be required
