**About University College (Univ) / University of Oxford** • The scholarship is jointly funded by the University and by Sir John Swire, a distinguished Old Member (alumnus) and Honorary Fellow of University College, who studied History at University College from 1948.
• The scholarship is only tenable at University College.
• Successful applicants will be transferred to University College in order to take up the scholarship.
