**Job Description**
The Clinical Research Assistant will contribute to both scientific research and research management within the Clinical Osteoarthritis Research Program at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Responsibilities include conducting measurements on human subjects, scheduling appointments, performing computerized data collection and management for study databases, evaluating current procedures, assisting with meticulous data entry and validity checks, and formatting Endnote references and manuscripts. The role supports the Principal Investigator’s research program by executing experimental protocols, tracking project progress, analyzing and summarizing data, and ensuring data entry into study databases.

Required Degree(s) in:

Salary
Annual Salary: $47,132.80 - $68,328.00 (Based on an hourly rate of $22.66 - $32.85 for full-time work) Benefits: Coverage begins on day one for health, dental, and vision insurance and includes health expense accounts with generous employer contributions; employer-paid life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and various additional voluntary insurance plans; paid time off, including vacation and sick, accruing upon hire, plus ten paid holidays; one paid discretionary day after six months of employment; paid time off for bereavement, jury duty, military service, and parental leave after 12 months of employment; a retirement program with a generous employer contribution and additional voluntary retirement programs (457 or 403b).
