**Job Description**
This two-year experiential fellowship program, in partnership with Northeastern University and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, is designed to advance lifelong learning and professional development for Pharm.D. graduates. Fellows will work closely with biopharmaceutical industry partners and engage with Northeastern faculty in professional development, teaching, service, and scholarly activities. The Clinical Science function at Alnylam is a core part of Clinical Development, integrating scientific acumen with practical clinical knowledge for efficient drug development from Phase 1 to IND submission. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in Clinical Science, interfacing with key collaborators, to equip them with the skills to contribute as an autonomous Clinical Scientist or related role.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on a variety of projects at both the industry site and Northeastern

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Doctor of Pharmacy

**Experience**
Other:
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, matrix environment
