The Singapore Teaching and Academic Research Talent (START) Scheme and Early Career Awards (ECA) are co-funded by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and SIT to support outstanding young Singaporean citizens interested in pursuing an academic career at SIT. These awards are designed to prepare recipients who have recently completed postdoctoral training for an academic career, aiming to enhance their teaching capabilities and help build a strong research portfolio, with consideration for Assistant Professorship upon completion. The initiative focuses on translational research and innovation in collaboration with industry to address pertinent challenges.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Engineering (e.g., Energy Resilience, Sustainable Infrastructure, Sustainable Maritime)
