The Executive Dean will lead one of Aston’s dynamic Schools, steering its academic strategy and operational performance in alignment with the Aston 2030 Strategy. Responsibilities include driving growth and geographic diversification through an innovative omni-channel education model, implementing strategic and operational plans to professional standards, and creating compelling offerings for students, businesses, and the wider community through inspiring leadership and effective management of staff.
