**Job Description**
The Park Lab at Harvard Medical School is seeking Postdoctoral Fellows to develop and apply innovative computational methods for genome sequencing data, aiming to enhance the understanding of disease processes including cancer and brain-related diseases. Specific areas of interest for research include the identification of mosaic mutations in non-tumor cells for lineage tracing, developing algorithms for characterizing structural alterations in bulk and single-cell whole-genome data, mutational signature analysis for cancer/brain samples, and the analysis of repetitive elements such as transposable elements and tandem repeats.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Superb programming skills.
• Superb communication skills.
• Experience in analysis of high-throughput sequencing data (highly desirable).

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Computational Biology
• Bioinformatics
• Statistics
• Computer Science (CS)
• Quantitative Field
