**Job Description**
This two-year experiential program, a partnership between Northeastern University and Intellia Therapeutics, is designed for Pharm.D. graduates to advance their learning and training within the pharmaceutical industry. The fellowship provides the opportunity to work closely with Intellia Therapeutics, focusing on Global Medical Affairs, while engaging with Northeastern University faculty in professional development, teaching, service, and scholarly activities. The program aims to prepare Fellows to meet the evolving workforce needs across various sectors of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in CRISPR-based gene editing therapies.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on a variety of projects
• Capability to work in a hybrid-role with an expectation to be onsite at Intellia approximately 4x/month

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited institution

**Experience**
Other:
• Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of Massachusetts
