**Job Description**
This fully funded Ph.D. position is part of the ANTICIPATE (Artificial Intelligence and Epidemic Modeling to Prepare Hospitals for the Next Respiratory Pathogen with Pandemic Potential) project. The project aims to enhance pandemic preparedness by developing AI-supported tools and simulation models for early pathogen detection, supporting hospitals with data-driven decision-making, and investigating the real-world implementation of these tools. The Ph.D. candidate will focus on data collection, scenario analysis, and implementation sciences, specifically researching how developed tools and models can be translated into real-world healthcare contexts.
