**Job Description**
This fully-funded Ph.D. project is part of DECADOCS, a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Doctoral Networks (MSCA-DN) program focused on reinterpreting the concept of decadence through new perspectives like sustainability, transnationalism, and sensoriality. The specific doctoral project, “Transformations of Decadence in contemporary Finnish metal music,” will use the Finnish metal band Moonsorrow as a case study to develop new tools for understanding the legacy and appeal of decadence in contemporary culture.
