**Job Description**
Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) is seeking a highly motivated PhD candidate to join the NanoComputing Research Lab in the field of mixed-signal IC design. The role focuses on the implementation of the sense-to-compute paradigm and involves working on the design and implementation of Oscillatory Neural Networks (ONNs) for physics-based computing applications. This position is an integral part of the NWO AiNED AI-on-ONN project, dedicated to harnessing the unique capabilities of ONNs for sense and compute functions by exploring and exploiting their potential through energy minimization.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Strong background in mixed-signal circuit design and simulation.
• Familiarity with IC design tools and tapeout flow.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., SPICE, Cadence, MATLAB).
• Research-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Interested in collaborating with industrial partners.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Required Degree(s) in:
• Electrical engineering
• Computer Engineering
• or a related field
