**Job Description**
This Ph.D. position at the Institut de Chimie Moléculaire de l’Université de Bourgogne (ICMUB), in collaboration with IMATHERA at the Centre Georges François Leclerc (CGFL, Dijon), focuses on advancing nuclear medicine through cutting-edge radiopharmaceutical development. The primary objective is to optimize a multimodal pretargeted radionuclide therapy (MULTI-PRIT) approach for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). This involves developing alpha-particle targeted radionuclide therapy (α-TRT) strategies that concurrently target both neoplastic and stromal elements to enhance therapeutic efficacy and minimize associated toxicities. The research will be conducted in a multidisciplinary environment equipped with advanced facilities for radiochemistry, in vitro/in vivo experiments, and state-of-the-art imaging systems.
