**Job Description**
The recruited individual will undertake a doctoral thesis under the supervision of Antoine Guichet within the Polarity and Morphogenesis team at the Institut Jacques Monod. The project focuses on understanding how multiple microtubule networks cooperate to position the nucleus in large cells, specifically utilizing the Drosophila oocyte. The research aims to functionally characterize the microtubule networks responsible for anchoring the nucleus, investigating the general architecture and regulation of the microtubule cage that envelops it.
