**Job Description**
This fully funded Ph.D. project is focused on Critical Language and Multimodal Awareness (CLMA) as a key competency for future-oriented graduates. The successful candidate will develop and test tools to measure the impact of CLMA interventions on the proficiency of both educators and students within Dutch higher education. The project emphasizes evidence-informed educational innovation, aiming to integrate CLMA through targeted interventions and resources and empirically assess its effectiveness.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Excellent academic writing skills in English
• Experience or demonstrated interest in research methods and higher education
• Willingness to carry out fieldwork
• Ability to engage with interdisciplinary approaches
• Good collaboration skills
• Ability to contribute to team-based research
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong motivation to work across academic contexts

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Any area related to the project (Master’s or Research Master’s)
