**Job Description**
This PhD position focuses on developing and applying algorithms to link clinical phenotypes of metastasis to molecular phenotypes in mouse models within a collaborative research program. The project will investigate spatial growth patterns of metastases, their drivers, and the involvement of the tumor microenvironment. The candidate will use high-resolution spatial omics techniques to prioritize molecular factors driving immune cell states, followed by in vivo validation, and will be embedded in both experimental and computational teams.
