The role involves designing and executing at least three studies, with 80% dedicated to research and 20% to academic skills acquisition through teaching and thesis supervision within the CentER Graduate School of Business’s PhD program.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Strong desire to conduct empirical research (qualitative and quantitative) in a design-oriented research setting
• Proficiency in Dutch for working with external organizational partners
• Proficiency in English (IELTS score of at least 7.0 with no sub scores below 6.5, or TOEFL score of at least 100 internet based/600 paper based, or Cambridge CAE at least B/CPE)
• Solid quantitative background (e.g., 24 ECTS credits in quantitative/research methods or GRE/GMAT score)
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Academic Master’s or MPhil/Research Master’s degree in Business Studies, Economics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Information Systems, Operations Management, or Asset Management
• Degree completed with an excellent GPA (top 10% of class as guideline)
