**Job Description**
The PhD position aims to investigate how emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies redefine procurement strategies, leadership practices, and workforce development. The candidate will conduct original research focusing on AI’s transformation of procurement across industries, studying leadership challenges, digital transformation of procurement tasks, and organizational interventions for workforce upskilling. Research will combine various methods, and the candidate will engage with academic, industry, and public-sector stakeholders, publish in peer-reviewed journals, present at conferences, take PhD coursework, and contribute to teaching activities.
