**Job Description**
The Ph.D. fellow will join the Jens S. Andersen research group to engage in interdisciplinary projects focused on functional and structural studies of protein-protein and protein-RNA complexes. The role involves applying CRISPR-mediated gene editing for protein tagging, proximity labeling, and affinity enrichment to identify interaction partners using mass spectrometry-based proteomics. The fellow will utilize proteomics data alongside protein structure predictions and functional studies to elucidate the structure, function, and assembly of multimeric protein complexes, with opportunities to develop new methodologies.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Experience in mass spectrometry-based proteomics, structural biology, or CRISPR-mediated gene editing.
• Proficiency in computational data analysis.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Biochemistry

**Experience**
