**Job Description**
The PhD fellow will be part of the PRAXIS project, a research initiative funded by Tuborgfondet, investigating the development of creative, experimental, and practice-based learning cultures in vocational education. The position requires the development of an independent subproject within this framework, focusing on themes such as learning cultures, creativity, and experimentation in vocational education, while remaining grounded in vocational schools. This role combines embeddedness in a collaborative research environment with the opportunity to pursue original, self-defined research.

• Ability or potential to produce high-quality research outputs and publish in journals.
• Ability or potential to develop external and/or international networks and collaborations.
• Ability or potential to engage in activities with actors outside academia to enhance research impact.
• Ability to teach, supervise, and assess written and oral performances.
• Strong cooperative abilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with researchers of various backgrounds.
• Learns Danish (expected for international applicants).
• Experience with Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is an advantage.

Required Degree(s) in:
• Master’s degree

• Required to complete a PBL-course within the first year of employment if no prior experience.
