**Job Description**
This PhD project aims to develop a hybrid AI framework for quality control in additive manufacturing-based remanufacturing. The objective is to improve real-time decision-making for sustainable, high-performance production by addressing the challenges of consistent quality in complex, nonlinear processes. The research will combine data-driven and model-based approaches to assess part quality, monitor in-process performance, and support intelligent remanufacturing decisions, contributing to the Dutch circular economy as part of the national Add-reAM project. The successful candidate will be embedded within the OPAC group at TU/e and collaborate with a multidisciplinary consortium.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
