**Job Description**
This PhD project focuses on developing models and methods for sustainable spare parts management using additive manufacturing. The aim is to design supply chains that integrate AM-based remanufacturing facilities, optimize spare parts inventories and ordering decisions, and guide decisions for incoming failed parts (e.g., repair, remanufacture, recycle). The research will combine mathematical modelling and case-based research, applying operations research and potentially artificial intelligence techniques to contribute to circular and data-driven supply chains within the national Add-reAM program.
