**Job Description**
The Post-Doctoral Associate will be responsible for developing and characterizing recombinant viral vector-based vaccines, evaluating immune responses and protective efficacy in laboratory animal models, and conducting various molecular biology and cell cultivation techniques. This role involves performing experimental investigations, collaborating with researchers, providing guidance to lab staff, and preparing and presenting research findings.

• Good knowledge in molecular biology, virology, immunology, and vaccinology
• Good working knowledge of flow cytometry, immunofluorescence staining and confocal microscopy, RNA/DNA isolation and qPCR, ELISA, western blot, immunoprecipitation, RNA-seq, transfection, gene knockdown/knockout or overexpression
• Experience with immunohistopathology and immunohistochemistry
• Molecular cloning skills
• Cell culturing skills
• Small laboratory animal handling skills
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Ph.D.

• Prior research experience in molecular biology and laboratory animal handling preferred
