**Job Description**
This position involves performing high-resolution structure determination of kinase and ubiquitin ligase complexes using single particle cryoelectron microscopy. Responsibilities include preparing purified protein samples, reconstituting complexes by gel filtration, preparing cryoelectron microscopy grids for imaging, performing imaging on Krios and/or Glacios microscopes, and conducting data processing and refinement for structure determination.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Expert protein expression and purification skills
• Familiarity with cryoem data processing using both Relion and cryoSPARC

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Biochemistry
• Related field

**Experience**
Other:
• Extensive experience with cryoelectron microscopy sample preparation, data collection and processing
• Familiarity with ubiquitin ligase and kinase signaling pathways
