**Job Description**
Applications are invited for Post-doctoral Fellow positions at The James M. and Cathleen D. Stone Center on Socio-Economic Inequality in Asia (SCoSEIA). Appointees will contribute to research projects focused on understanding income and wealth inequality, the effects of shocks and policies, networks and behaviors of the ultra-rich, and socio-economic impacts of inequality. The roles involve robust and innovative social science research.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Strong background in robust and innovative social science research methods
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience with advanced or mixed research methods (highly desirable)
• Proven publication record in peer-reviewed academic journals (advantage)
• Success in securing research grants (advantage)
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• PhD degree with a focus on research in Sociology, Economics, Social Work, Social Policy, Social Statistics, or a related discipline
