**Job Description**
The role involves a post-doctoral research scientist position focused on understanding the role of amino acid metabolism in lymphoma biology. The project will utilize proteomic and metabolomic techniques to study the impact of inhibiting glutamine metabolism in lymphoma cell lines and primary human cells. Additionally, the work includes using murine models of high-grade lymphoma to provide pre-clinical evidence for developing metabolic inhibitors as novel treatments for lymphoma, both alone and in combination with existing therapies.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Expertise in a range of cell biology and molecular techniques, including primary cell isolation/characterisation/culture, flow cytometry, western blotting, and murine work
• Experience in using techniques to study metabolism such as Seahorse, Oroboros and mass spectrometry (desirable)
• Experience with immunohistochemistry (desirable)

**Qualifications**
