**Job Description**
This post-doctoral research scientist role focuses on understanding the role of amino acid metabolism in lymphoma biology. The project involves utilizing proteomic and metabolomic techniques to investigate the impact of inhibiting glutamine metabolism in lymphoma cell lines and primary human cells. A key component also includes the use of murine models of high-grade lymphoma to generate pre-clinical evidence supporting the development of metabolic inhibitors as novel treatments, alone or in combination with existing therapies.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Expertise in cell biology and molecular techniques.
• Primary cell isolation/characterisation/culture.
• Flow cytometry.
• Western blotting.
• Murine work.
• Experience using techniques to study metabolism (e.g., Seahorse, Oroboros, mass spectrometry) (Desirable).
• Experience with immunohistochemistry (Desirable).
