**Job Description**
The role seeks two highly motivated post-doctoral scientists to support a NERC-funded project focused on developing a decision support tool for biodiversity credits and investment. The successful candidates will undertake independent research, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the development and refinement of biodiversity credit calculation workflows.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Good knowledge of methodologies for measuring biodiversity change for biodiversity credits
• Proficiency in applying research methodologies and techniques in biodiversity research
• Coding skills for applying biodiversity credit methodologies and data simulations
• Experience with GIS for analyzing sampling design variations
• Strong collaborative skills for interdisciplinary teamwork
• Scientific writing skills for journal publications

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Ecology, Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, Data Science)

**Experience**
Experience Required:
• Strong track record of publishing papers in relevant journals
