**Job Description**
Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow with a strong background in power electronics or power devices to join the Electromechanics and Power Electronics (EPE) Group. This 2-year project, part of a collaborative Horizon Europe initiative, focuses on the reliability of next-generation SiC MOSFETs. The role involves conducting reliability analysis and diagnostics of medium-voltage SiC MOSFETs, including the development of advanced test platforms for device and packaging evaluation. The selected candidate will integrate experimental insights with modeling approaches to ensure robust, long-term performance of SiC devices, working closely with industrial and academic partners, and contributing to education.
