**Job Description**
This PostDoc position focuses on the design of efficient and reliable analog Computation-in-Memory (CIM) based AI accelerators for future neuromorphic systems. The role involves addressing various design and technology challenges, application mapping, reliability, and non-ideality issues associated with emerging memristor-based CIM technologies for energy-efficient artificial intelligence applications. This position is part of the multi-partner national SNS (self-healing Neuromorphic Systems) project.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Good understanding of analog circuit design
• Basic understanding of defects, faults, and test solutions for electronic systems (a plus)
• Basic understanding of AI and its hardware implementations (a plus)
• An affinity with teaching and guiding students
• The ability to work in a team and take initiatives

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Any other related field relevant to the research

**Experience**
Other:
• Completed a relevant Ph.D degree
