**Job Description**
This position focuses on monomer and small organic catalyst synthesis to develop and characterize polymer-based catalytic nanomotors and antioxidant artificial cells. It involves interdisciplinary collaboration with groups from mathematics, nanoscience, and the hospital, advancing the understanding of next-generation colloidal systems.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Extensive experience in organic chemistry.
• Proven track record of publishing in field-leading peer-reviewed journals.
• Experience with mentoring students.
• Ambition to independently drive research projects.
• Expertise in experimental organic chemistry.
• Hands-on knowledge in polymer chemistry and colloidal science (beneficial).
• Basic skills in biochemistry and interest in modelling (advantageous).
• Documented experience in classroom teaching (beneficial).
