**Job Description**
This 3-year Postdoc position focuses on investigating the effects of environmental enrichment on relapse to nicotine addiction within the Neurobiology and Neuropharmacology of Psychiatric Disorders team at INSERM-University of Poitiers. The project utilizes custom-made Phenoworld equipment to monitor individual and collective activity longitudinally in a semi-natural environment. It combines conventional and data mining approaches with molecular biology techniques such as RNAseq, RT-PCR, and immunohistochemistry to explore neurobiological correlates of behavior. This is a transdisciplinary and translational project involving neuroscientists, pharmacologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and data scientists, offering the postdoc the opportunity to interact and learn from diverse scientific backgrounds. Strong candidates with a background in data analysis and modelling are particularly encouraged to apply for this innovative project at the intersection of behavioral pharmacology, artificial intelligence, and neurosciences.
