**Job Description**
The postdoctoral researcher will explore qubits for future quantum information processing and embed them in scalable systems to advance quantum technology. The role focuses on color center physics and integrated photonics, conducting research on spectroscopy of color centers, particularly in silicon and diamond hosts. This involves device design, characterization, investigating complex color center physics, and developing integrated photonic circuits for quantum applications. The postdoc will co-lead a team of PhD students within the ERC Starting Grant DISQOVER and other EU projects, collaborating with international research groups.

• Strong experimental skills, demonstrated through publications in spectroscopy, quantum emitters, or quantum integrated photonics

• Proven independence, self-drive, and experience in supervising students
