**Job Description**
The Postdoc Researcher will contribute to ongoing research projects focusing on information- and decision-support systems for sustainability and circularity. This role primarily involves the development of digital solutions and data exchange protocols for Digital Product Passports and Decision Support Systems within the Lasers4MaaS project, aiming to enable informed decision-making for sustainable and responsible resource use in manufacturing-as-a-service. The position involves harmonizing data collection protocols for sustainability and circularity assessment and integrating these into a manufacturing digital twin.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Expertise in Data management and programming (e.g., Python)
• Expertise in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
• Expertise in Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA)
• Expertise in Multiple Objective Optimization (MOO)
• Strong motivation to develop expertise in relevant areas
• Recorded experience in planning and executing research tasks
• Excellent social and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other researchers, industry and policy actors
• Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Computer Science
• Information Science
• Industrial Ecology
• Operational Research
• Environmental Process Engineering
• Environmental Sciences
• Another related field (Ph.D.)

**Experience**
