This temporary, part-time postdoctoral position at Ghent University involves conducting academic research, particularly on simulation methods for composite pressure vessels for hydrogen storage, comprising at least 70% of the assignment. • Ability to present a high level of relevant scientific publications in (inter)national peer-reviewed academic journals that are widely disseminated (recommendable).
• Organizational talent.
• Experience with writing research proposals (recommendable).
• Skilled and motivated to provide support for various ongoing research projects, with an eye for valorization in industrial applications.
• Enthusiasm for solving research questions related to the simulation of composite materials.
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Doctor of Civil Engineering
• Doctor of Electromechanical Engineering
• Doctor of Materials Engineering
• Equivalent degree

• Certificate of equivalence (NARIC) for diplomas awarded outside the European Union.
