**Job Description**
This postdoctoral associate position, under Dr. Tamara Taggart in the Department of Urban-Global Public Health, offers a mentored scholarship and independent research opportunity to build a strong scholarly portfolio in social-structural determinants of health, intersectionality, and community-based participatory research. The role primarily supports a research project focused on identifying community and policy-level interventions to address the impact of structural racism and discrimination on adolescent substance use and mental health. The associate will also have the opportunity to support community-engaged research through the Rutgers Institute for Sexual and Gender Minority Health (RU-LGBTQ).

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
