**Job Description**
The Epi-MCL project, supported by the French National Cancer Institute (INCa), is seeking a Postdoctoral associate to join the reMoVE-B team at CRCI2NA in Nantes. This project focuses on dismantling epigenetic resistance in aggressive Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The core mission is to address therapeutic resistance in aggressive lymphomas, particularly exploring how epigenetic modifications, such as DNA or histone methylations, contribute to tumor resistance. The project aims to characterize the molecular impact of these modifications, determine their contribution to overactivation of resistance pathways (e.g., NFkB), and define novel signatures for improved risk stratification in MCL patients. The research will utilize high-throughput technologies, functional models, genetic editing tools, and translational research biological material, with the ultimate goal of identifying new biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
