**Job Description**
The laboratory of Dr. Susan Waltz in the Department of Cancer Biology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is seeking a postdoctoral fellow. The successful candidate will work under the mentorship of one of eleven preceptors, focusing on diverse research areas within cancer biology. These areas include mechanistic studies of signaling pathways, biophysics of membrane fusion, tyrosine kinase signaling, oncogenic signaling and metabolism, cervical cancer prevention, GTP metabolism, promyelocytic leukemia gene function, TGFbeta signaling, growth factor and receptor tyrosine kinase signaling, epigenetic and translation control, and translational mechanisms of therapeutic resistance in various cancers.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Appropriate field or discipline related to Cancer Biology (e.g., PhD, MD, MD/PhD degree required by date of hire)
