**Job Description**
Seeking a highly qualified and motivated postdoctoral fellow with expertise in measurement theory for a National Institutes of Health R01 funded study. The project aims to develop an intersectional, multilevel and multidimensional measure of structural racism. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing understanding of complex measurement issues, designing and implementing rigorous measurement models, and conducting innovative research in the field, demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and a track record of excellence in handling quantitative datasets. Experience working with vulnerable communities and stakeholder engagement is desired.
