**Job Description**
Seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate to develop accurate models of time-resolved X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (TRXPS) experiments of gas phase molecules. The project aims to enhance understanding of satellite states in TRXPS measurements and their utility in tracking photochemical change, involving the development of new computational approaches to unravel the chemistry and physics behind experimental investigations at Free Electron Laser Facilities. The successful candidate will join an interdisciplinary project collaborating with theoretical and experimental research groups studying photochemical processes.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Experience of method development in quantum chemistry
• Demonstrable coding experience for example with python, fortran, C++ or others
• Experience in modeling spectroscopic observables
• Experience in quantum and semi-classical dynamics
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
