The Advanced Services Group (ASG) at Aston Business School is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to support and expand its research and engagement activities in servitization, business model innovation, environmental sustainability, and service-led business models. The role involves working with an interdisciplinary group on an MRC-funded project focused on decarbonizing healthcare commissioning and delivery.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Experience in working as a professional researcher on servitization programmes.
• Experience in producing high-quality publications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to collect empirical data.
• Knowledge of the dominant paradigms, theories, and empirical methods applicable to servitization, business model innovation, environmental sustainability, and service-led business models.
• Strong knowledge and experience in working with both multinational large and SME manufacturers (advantageous).
