**Job Description**
The candidate will join the FARE (Fractionnement des AgroRessources et Environnement) research unit at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne, working on a project funded by the International Institute for Bioeconomy and Environment EXEBIO. The role involves developing bacterial communities for lignin valorisation, conducting experimental activities within the research unit in close collaboration with project partners. The research unit focuses on the biological transformation of plant biomass and lignin using microorganisms and enzymes.

• Population analyses (Cytometry, FISH, qPCR)
• Omics approaches (mainly proteomics and metabolomics, mainly meta-omics data analyses, statistics, use of databases)
• Rigour, Scientific curiosity, Autonomy
• Communication, Writing and synthesis skills
• Enzymology and enzymes applications
• Analytical techniques (HPLC, spectroscopie fluorescence, FTIR, RMN)
• Omics approaches (proteomics and metabolomics GC-MS, UHPLC-EST-HRMS)
• English (Good level)
• French (Good level)
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Biological sciences
PhD or equivalent
**Experience**
