**Job Description**
The Pasque lab at KU Leuven is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral scientist for a newly funded project focused on decoding early human embryo development. This involves using cutting-edge stem cell-based embryo models, single-cell omics, and an emphasis on X-chromosome inactivation and cell fate. The project aims to elucidate the gene regulatory networks underlying early human post-implantation development and cell fate specification in extraembryonic lineages, utilizing innovative techniques such as blastoids, CRISPR perturbations, microscopy, and single-cell omics. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including experts from the Curie Institute and University of Nantes.
