**Job Description**
The Ravnskjaer lab at the University of Southern Denmark invites applications for a 3-year postdoctoral scientist position focusing on cellular crosstalk in the regulation of liver function in health and disease. The lab applies single-cell and spatially resolved transcriptomics and bioimaging to study human liver biopsies and advanced preclinical models, combining wet-lab and computational biology with close ties to clinical research. The successful candidate will join an international, ambitious, and well-resourced research environment with access to state-of-the-art facilities and strategic research alliances, participating in initiatives such as the DNRF-funded Center for Functional Genomics and Tissue Plasticity. The specific project is titled “Unlocking the Deep GPCRome for Accelerated Fibrosis Resolution.”

**Experience**
Other:
• Hands-on experience in tissue handling, histology, microscopy, and spatial transcriptomics
• Documented experience with both advanced, wet-lab tissue analysis and computational analysis of spatially- and single cell-resolved transcriptomics data
• Experience with computational analysis of NGS- or imaging-based spatial transcriptomics and single-cell transcriptomics data is an advantage
