This postdoctoral scholarship offers an opportunity to contribute to top-quality medical research within the Department of Laboratory Medicine at Karolinska Institutet. The role focuses on developing a foundational discovery platform for future cell programming applications by combining novel genome engineering tools (e.g., CRISPR-based) and computational algorithms to enable regenerative cell therapies.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Cell culture
• Molecular cloning
• Bioinformatics analyses
• Proficiency in statistics and programming (especially in gene regulatory networks, machine learning, and bioinformatics tools)
• Expertise in CRISPR-based assays (especially CRISPR screening)

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Medical sciences
• Ph.D or equivalent
