**Job Description**
This position involves clinical research within a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) hospital setting, focusing on ensuring the smooth operation of study activities and the proper implementation of interventions and study procedures for infant participants. The role assists the research investigator by performing clinical research tasks, including direct interventions on neonatal participants and communication with their families regarding research-related tasks. Responsibilities also include performing routine research tasks, operating various clinical equipment (e.g., placing EEG leads after training), assisting with research project data collection, and maintaining databases. The study team member may also provide training to support staff and adapt to tasks required for both primary and other funded studies. Prior related clinical research experience in the NICU is preferred.

• Prior related clinical research and experience with infants and/or neonates is preferred (willing to train successful applicant).
