**Job Description**
This position serves as a program assistant for Center projects, aiding multiple active grants, primarily within CAPS. Responsibilities include participant recruitment and retention, data collection, conducting home visits and community site work, managing IRB regulatory tasks, and performing basic statistical analyses. The role involves acting as a liaison between clinics/community sites and the PI, and providing administrative and clerical support, including assisting with research reports, grant protocols, and manuscript submissions.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
• Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
